Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and thorough evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that effectively address each client's needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and group therapy sessions, customized to facilitate optimal outcomes.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to provide tailored care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to create comprehensive treatment strategies that encompass all facets of client health.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to ethical standards and best practices related to mental health care.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying updated on current research and treatment methodologies in the mental health field.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time LPC position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on your caseload and experience.
