Couples Compass Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. This full-time, remote position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand the mental health challenges faced by clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and methods.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions and develop tailored treatment plans that address each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to enhance client outcomes.
  • Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and regularly track their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Deliver teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual engagement or face mobility challenges.
  • Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client sessions to uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed on the latest trends in therapy and mental health treatment methodologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT with Couples Compass Counseling, you will work primarily with individuals, couples, and families dealing with various mental health issues, including relationship conflicts, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. Our clients vary in demographics, providing a rich and diverse caseload that allows for transformative therapeutic interactions.

Qualifications
  • Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to create a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.
  • Genuine empathy and a nonjudgmental approach towards clients' diverse experiences and struggles.
