Pinnacle Realty Group is looking for a reliable, organized, and self-motivated Part-Time Executive / Real Estate Assistant to work directly with the company owner and assist with both business and real estate-related responsibilities.

This position will offer flexible hours and is ideal for someone looking for a part-time role with variety. Weekly hours may fluctuate depending on workload—some weeks will be lighter, while others may require additional hours.

  • Assist with marketing and social media
  • Help prepare real estate marketing materials
  • Organize documents, files, and business records
  • Assist with real estate listings and transaction-related tasks
  • Help coordinate appointments, projects, and follow-ups
  • Perform general office and personal assistant duties as needed
Ideal Candidate

  • Comfortable with computers and learning new software
  • Familiar with QuickBooks, Excel/Google Sheets, or similar programs
  • Comfortable with social media and basic marketing

  • Hours will vary from week to week based on workload
  • Opportunity for additional hours during busier periods
  • Hourly compensation based on experience
  • Primarily working with the company owner and Pinnacle Realty Group

If you are looking for a flexible position where no two days are exactly the same and you enjoy helping keep a business organized and moving forward, we would like to hear from you.
