Job Location: Waco,Marlin,Mexia,Fairfield, Texas Areas

Workdays/Shift Hours: Wednesday-Sunday, 6:00 am start time. (Days/Hours are subject to change).

Additional Relevant Information: Must be 18+ years of age, must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Stocking, Merchandising, Grocery and delivery experience preferred. 

Compensation:  Starting pay ranges from $18.62 to $23.40 per hour, based on experience.  Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
  • Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
  • Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
  • Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
  • Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
  • Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
  • Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
  • Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
  • Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
