Job description

Responsibilities:
• Serves as the Project Manager for a task order (or a group of task orders) and assists company management in working with the customer's representative, management personnel and customer agency representatives. Provide operating advice and assistance on administrative and management issues to the customer.
• Under the guidance of company management, it manages the specific task order(s) and ensures that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner using benchmarking and program metrics.
• Help coordinate each task schedule to ensure that solutions developed or implemented are consistent with the customer’s objectives, and the statement of work.
• Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in the statement of work and adhere to financial obligations agreed to at contract award through financial reporting and analysis.
Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree; AND two (2) years of progressive project leadership and management experience; OR
• Associates degree AND five (5) years of progressive project leadership and management experience.
Location & Work Authorization:
Must be able to report to USCG Headquarters (Washington, DC 20593) for required in-person tasks or post-award meetings, despite telework options.
Security Clearance / CAC Eligibility:
Candidates must be eligible to pass background checks and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) through MP ICAM.
USCG/DHS Background:
Prior experience supporting Coast Guard or DHS HR operations is a plus
