) Community Liaison
Join our team at Right at Home Ventura County, a leading provider of in-home care and assistance, as a Community Liaison. We are seeking a self-starter sales professional to educate the community about our services and build relationships with discharge planners, doctors' offices, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with our partners in the senior care industry to educate the community about our services
  • Build and nurture relationships with discharge planners, doctors' offices, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
  • Represent our brand at community events and leverage our social media presence to inform the community about our services
  • Work directly with prospective clients to enroll them in our services
  • Use strategic planning skills, disciplined, detail-oriented, consultative sales skills to drive new business
  • Participate in weekly sales and client status meetings

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience; degree preferred
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed
  • Tech savvy and comfortable with learning new systems
  • Familiarity with Facebook and other social media platforms helpful
  • College degree desired, High School diploma required
  • Must meet requirements for working in the senior care industry, such as a criminal background check
  • Two years experience in personal consultative sales (real estate, hospice, home care, home health, insurance, assisted living, skilled nursing) desired
