Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Riverbend, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting detailed psychosocial assessments to identify client needs, concerns, and strengths.
  • Providing individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health.
  • Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to deliver coordinated care.
  • Offering crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning, as necessary.
  • Facilitating group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes to support community engagement.
  • Documenting all client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
