Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Riverbend Community Wellness & Mental Health, Inc. in Dallas, Texas. Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide therapeutic services from the comfort of your home while ensuring access to essential mental health care for clients. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated and effective care. This position necessitates some flexibility in your schedule, with occasional evening and weekend hours required to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify mental health concerns, strengths, and resources of clients.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline individual goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.
  • Facilitate crisis intervention strategies, risk assessments, and detailed safety planning to support clients in distress.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.
  • Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes, fostering community support and engagement among clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will center on supporting a diverse clientele, including individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in helping clients cultivate resilience and achieve their therapeutic goals. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.
  • An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred.
