Tuscola County Medical Care Facility | Caro, MI Skilled Nursing Community

Therapy Management, Inc. is looking for a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team at Tuscola County Medical Care Facility in Caro. If you enjoy working in a supportive environment where therapists genuinely collaborate and residents know you by name, this could be a great fit.

In this role, you’ll work alongside PTs, OTs, and SLPs to help residents improve independence with daily activities and functional mobility. Requirements
  • Current Michigan Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • SNF experience is helpful but not required
  • Patient-focused and team-oriented mindset
