Job Summary

Responsible for providing clerical support services in addition to providing medical records, EOB's, UB92's and itemized statements to external and internal entities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following. Others may be assigned.

  • Processes requests for medical records, EOB's, Ub92's, and itemized statements to designated business unit contact.
  • Performs various clerical duties such as sorting correspondence, filing, photocopying and scanning and indexing documents. Mail printing, tracking and distribution.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

Conifer requires its candidates, as applicable and as permitted by law, to obtain and provide confirmation of all required vaccinations and screenings prior to the start of employment. This may include, but is not limited to, the COVID-19 vaccination, influenza vaccination, and/or any future required vaccines and screenings.
