A Community Solar job involves working on projects that provide shared solar energy to multiple households or businesses. These roles can include sales, project management, policy advocacy, customer support, or technical installation. The work environment can be a mix of office, site visits, and local events, emphasizing both independent tasks and teamwork with engineers, sales professionals, and community organizers. This variety keeps the role dynamic while ensuring projects are developed smoothly and community members remain informed and involved.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the community solar position, and why are they important?

To thrive in a Community Solar role, you need a strong understanding of renewable energy systems, project management, and community outreach, often supported by experience in solar energy or environmental science.
