Position Title: Volunteer Receptionist & Administrative Assistant

Location: 101 Hwy 62 West, Corydon, IN 47112

Schedule: Part-Time, Flexible 2 to 4 hour shifts, weekdays between 8:45AM – 4:15PM

Harrison County Community Services (HCCS) is seeking a welcoming, community-minded volunteer to help support our front office. Whether you want to share your existing office skills or simply offer a warm smile to neighbors in need, your time directly helps local families work toward stability.

What You'll Be Doing

    • Greeting Visitors: Be a friendly, welcoming presence for clients, volunteers, and donors coming through our doors.
    • Answering Phones: Take incoming calls, answer basic questions, and direct messages to the right staff member.
    • Light Office & Data Support: Help keep records accurate with simple data entry, organize light paperwork, and assist with basic administrative tasks.

    • A Consistent Schedule: Someone available to set a dependable weekly routine (for example, two mornings a week).
