What You'll Do

As the Community Sales Director, you'll be responsible for growing occupancy by creating meaningful connections with prospective residents, families, and referral partners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead all community sales and marketing efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue goals

  • Build trusted relationships with prospective residents and their families throughout the decision-making process

  • Develop strong referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals

  • Generate qualified leads through networking, community outreach, and business development

  • Plan and execute marketing events, educational seminars, and community programs

  • Manage the full sales process from inquiry through move-in using CRM tools

  • Conduct personalized community tours and follow-up communications

  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team to support community success

  • Maintain accurate sales metrics, reporting, and pipeline management

  • Represent Opus East Memphis professionally within the local community

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of two years of senior living sales and marketing leadership experience preferred

  • Proven success in external business development and relationship building

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve occupancy and sales goals

  • Experience generating leads through referral development and community networking

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills

  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
