Safety Ambassador Supervisor
Job Type: Part-Time, Non-Exempt

Salary Range: $23.00 โ $26.00 per hour

About the Role:
Diligence Security Group is seeking an experienced and energetic Safety Ambassador Supervisor to lead our team of ambassadors in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment across educational and public settings. This position requires a hands-on leader with excellent communication, customer service, and technology skills who can supervise field operations and interact positively with students, staff, and the general public.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of Safety Ambassadors
- Maintain a visible, professional security presence across campuses and community areas
- Ensure team adherence to site protocols, safety procedures, and post orders
- Conduct inspections and evaluations of ambassador performance
- Serve as point of contact for school officials, clients, and the public
- Respond promptly to incidents, provide support, and generate detailed reports
- Assist in training, scheduling, and conflict resolution
- Administer or supervise Narcan deployment in the event of an opioid-related emergency
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of supervisory experience, ideally in a security or community safety setting
- Experience working in educational environments and engaging with the public
- Valid BSIS Guard Card
- Valid Driver's License
- CPR/First Aid Certification (required); Active Shooter and De-escalation training (preferred)
- Strong communication, customer service, and technology skills
- Must be able to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods and work in indoor/outdoor conditions
- Open availability for various shifts and emergency response
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associateโs degree or higher in Criminal Justice, Public Safety, or a related field preferred
