Job description

PUBLIC RELATIONS & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

Lead organizational communications through content creation, social media, website management, graphic design, and marketing. Develop engaging campaigns, maintain brand consistency, coordinate media relations, support community outreach, manage public and internal communications, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with leadership to promote Mandy's Farm's mission, events, and organizational impact.

Additional Areas of Responsibility:

Coordinate media outreach, maintain community partnerships and public information platforms, manage website inquiries, support event promotion, oversee internal communications, monitor Google Workspace communications, maintain brand standards, review external communications, update media resources, and provide monthly analytics and strategic reports to leadership to support organizational goals.

Other Information/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, or public relations required. Excellent writing, social media, graphic design, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, and WordPress preferred. Valid New Mexico driver's license required. Nonprofit, multimedia, and disability advocacy experience preferred. Flexibility for travel and events.
