Purpose:

To assist people with intellectual and developmental disabilities with community integration and connecting them with local resources.


Qualifications:

  • Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License with all necessary endorsements and have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work extremely well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage sensitive situations with tact, kindness, and professionalism


Essential Functions:

  • Builds and maintains relationships with members of the community.
  • Plans, implements, and organizes events and volunteers to advance the mission and goals of the company.
  • Organizes community outreach programs.
  • Uses social media to coordinate community relations.
  • Responds to inquiries from stakeholders.
