This role will work with our Prescott and Frederic, WI locations.

As a Community Liaison, you’ll serve as a key ambassador for Atrium Centers—building strong referral partnerships, representing our mission in the community, and helping connect residents and families to the care they need.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement effective referral marketing plans to support census growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners

  • Conduct sales calls to identify new and potential referral opportunities

  • Deliver presentations both within the facility and throughout the community

  • Meet and exceed census goals while aligning with facility and organizational marketing strategies

  • Manage referral relationships with an emphasis on payer mix and market trends

  • Maintain active knowledge of competitors, market dynamics, and acuity trends

  • Identify partnership opportunities with healthcare providers and community organizations

  • Coordinate and deliver in-services to support business development initiatives

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of facility services, programs, and offerings

  • Identify unmet community needs and support new program or service development

What You Bring
  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience in healthcare sales and marketing

  • Experience supporting multiple sites preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Professional, relationship-driven approach to sales and outreach

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership teams

  • Positive, dependable, and goal-oriented mindset

  • Excellent attendance and reliability
