Are you an experienced leader with a passion for helping others succeed? VIP, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and motivated Site Lead Supervisor to join our Hesperia team.
In this role, you'll provide leadership, coaching, and support to a team of Direct Service Advisors while helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence through meaningful community experiences. You'll oversee VIP's ACE Program, where participants explore their communities, develop valuable life and vocational skills, discover career interests, and connect with volunteer and community opportunities that prepare them for future employment.

Schedule
Full-Time | Monday-Friday
  • Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Weekends Off

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Direct Service Advisors (DSAs)
  • Train and onboard new staff while providing ongoing mentorship and technical support
  • Conduct regular site visits to support staff and clients in the community
  • Assist with client intakes, staff scheduling, and program coverage
  • Monitor documentation and case notes to ensure quality and compliance
  • Develop relationships with local businesses, volunteer organizations, and community partners to create meaningful community exploration and skill-building opportunities
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, and staff development
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve services and ensure program success
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate program records
  • Help create a positive, safe, and person-centered environment for both staff and clients

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in both office and community settings
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
  • Valid California Driver's License, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certification
  • Willingness to travel throughout the High Desert area to support staff and program participants
