About the Position: We're looking for an experienced Community Manager who loves connecting with people, stays organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can lead a team to success.

Job Duties:

  • Keeping your community running smoothly
  • Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations
  • Preparing budgets and ensuring your propertyis profitable
  • Effectively leading your office and maintenance teams
  • Monitoring market trends and brainstorming creative marketing ideas

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of property management experience
  • Strong leadership abilities toguide and inspire your team
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving
  • Experience with property management software and MS Office
  • A valid driver's license, a good drivingrecord, and reliable transportation
