Position Summary


The Program Manager (PM) will lead all aspects of contract execution for the Task Order, ensuring high performance and mission alignment. The PM will oversee delivery, staffing, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance across cross-functional teams delivering digital solutions, O&E activities, and secure cloud services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact for contract oversight
  • Provide program governance, risk management, and resource planning
  • Lead integrated teams supporting IT, O&E, and stakeholder engagement efforts
  • Oversee contract deliverables, budgets, and quality metrics
  • Ensure compliance with DoD policies and PMP best practices



Requirements

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's in Business, Management, or related field
  •  PMP or PgMP certification
  •  7+ years of experience managing military community programs (preferred)
  •  5+ years leading large-scale digital teams in government settings (preferred)
