  • About the Role

    Join our mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, and other special needs.

    As a Clinical Quality Assurance Specialist/Quality & Integrity Assurance Coordinator, you will help uphold the highest standards of care by monitoring, evaluating, and improving service quality across our residential, day support, and community programs. You'll partner closely with program teams to ensure compliance with state, federal, and healthcare regulations-and to promote a culture of excellence, person-centered care, and integrity in all we do.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct ongoing audits and quality reviews across residential and community programs.

    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency standards.

    • Review and evaluate Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) to ensure they reflect person-centered goals, preferences, and strengths.

    • Identify areas of improvement and collaborate with program leaders to develop and monitor corrective action plans.

    • Provide coaching and training to staff on documentation accuracy, compliance, and quality improvement best practices.

    • Track trends, analyze data, and recommend system-level improvements to enhance service quality and client outcomes.

    • Partner with the Director of QIC and interdisciplinary teams to strengthen organizational compliance and service integrity.
