Job description

This position is located in the Air Traffic Organization, Management Services, People Services Directorate, Headquarters (HQ) Administrative Services Group. The core focus of the Directorate's three groups is to support the FAA's strategic priority of empowering and innovating with the FAA workforce. The Group accomplishes this by integrating and aligning human capital resources by partnering with customers, stakeholders, training communities, Civil Rights, and Human Resource Management.Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-J, FG/GS-14/15 level. This experience is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.

Specialized Experience is defined as:

-Experience leading or overseeing workforce planning, employee development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives;

-Experience developing and implementing change management plans to manage and support change initiatives within the program and communicates changes to all stakeholders;

AND

-Experience conducting risk assessments to identify potential obstacles or vulnerabilities across program development and implementation.
