ProSync is seeking a passionate Program/Project Manager III to oversee day-to-day project execution supporting a U.S. Navy customer, managing schedules, deliverables, and team coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as senior project/program leader supporting a U.S. Navy customer, overseeing complex technical and programmatic activities.
Performs one or a combination of such typical duties as:
  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Oversee program strategy, execution, and reporting.
  • Conduct senior-level briefings and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage program risk, cost, and performance.

Requirements
  • 15+ years of project/program management experience.
  • Experience leading teams in a DoD or Navy environment.
  • A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
