Program Manager Responsibilities:
  • Create strong partnerships with Performance Marketers, Brand Marketers, Media, International Marketers, Product Marketers, internal Creative teams and external agencies
  • In partnership with Integrated Marketing, Performance Media, and Creative, drive the development and optimization of performance assets for integrated campaigns and evergreen digital advertising
  • Must be highly literate in data & testing and well-versed in understanding how to translate it into roadmap planning, testing agendas, AI tagging and optimization of creative work
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for our external agency partner, as well as manage cross-functional internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Program Leads to determine how creative projects within the remit of this role fit within a wider business portfolio through the lens of objectives, impact, risks, and resources
  • Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and viable solutions across multiple teams and projects
  • Optimize systems, tools, and standards that improve creative production within the organization
  • Coordinate the wider team to ensure successful communication and delivery of various performance marketing launches, often with overlapping timelines
  • Manage workflow for inbound and outbound projects, manage program/production budgets and approvals, requirements for strategic sourcing and procurement, and the development of high-quality assets, prioritizing work based on impact and delivery timelines
  • Maintain brand integrity across all project deliverables, working closely with Design, Legal, and Product guidance
  • Mobilize the team towards forward progress, action, and results by anticipating needs and removing obstacles

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years client-facing experience within a creative agency or in-house, in a demonstrably equivalent role
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration, organizational design and systems planning
  • Experience in leading a cross-discipline team and in leading external agency partners
  • Experience analyzing performance marketing data and translating insights into annual roadmapping, testing agendas, AI tagging strategies, and optimization of creative work
  • Creative operations experience in setting priorities, problem-solving, optimizing workflows, prioritizing competing workstreams, and negotiation
  • Experience driving operational efficiency while maintaining high creative quality standards
  • Experience in creative planning and development, production, editorial, finishing, and delivery/trafficking
  • Experience across major creative channels and large-scale integrated creative campaigns. This may include but not be limited to: live action, programmatic digital delivery, social, influencer, CRM, web/Ecommerce media integration and/or animation workstreams

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • 10+ years of experience in creative program management or production within a creative agency or in-house environment
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)

  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Experience working as a cross-functional manager within a fast-paced, often ambiguous, start-up environment
  • Experience with additional creative channels. This may include but not be limited to: large scale integrated campaigns, print, out of home and/or experiential workstreams
