SSM Health is seeking a Family Medicine Residency Program Director/Physician to practice in Baraboo, WI.

Flexible employment options are available with this position. Option to split your employment time:

  • Family Medicine Residency Program Director
  • Residency Faculty
  • Family Medicine outpatient practice 
  • option to have schedule of 4 days a week or 5 days a week

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of Family Medicine Physician experience highly preferred
  • 2 years of Residency Program Director experience highly preferred
