Position Summary
As a Program Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple residential locations, ensuring exceptional care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and operational excellence. You'll provide leadership and support to Care Team Managers while partnering with executive leadership to achieve staffing, quality, and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight for multiple residential programs.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop Care Team Managers.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.
  • Monitor staffing levels, recruitment efforts, and employee development.
  • Oversee budgets, payroll, census, and operational performance.
  • Review incident reports and ensure timely regulatory reporting.
  • Partner with Compliance, HR, and Executive Leadership on investigations and corrective action plans.
  • Conduct operational audits and maintain quality standards.
  • Support admissions, discharges, individual care planning, and community integration.
  • Foster a positive culture centered on Beacon's Core Values: Integrity, Compassion, Advocacy, Respect, and Excellence.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a residential care environment.
  • Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned region (up to 80% day travel).
