Bolte, Sr. School of Business at Mount St. Mary’s University seeks a full-time MBA Program Director and faculty member to provide academic leadership, student advising, and operational oversight for the Master of Business Administration program, including concentrations, certificates, and the BS/BA-to-MBA dual degree pathway. This position will also have a 12-credit teaching load within the school of business.**Key Responsibilities Include:*** Advise and support MBA students from admission through graduation.* Review applications, transcripts, and degree plans in collaboration with Graduate Admissions.* Manage MBA course scheduling and coordinate faculty assignments.* Recruit, support, and evaluate adjunct and full-time faculty.* Oversee the BS/BA–MBA Dual Degree (4+1) program.* Collaborate with Athletics, the Registrar’s Office, and Graduate Admissions to support student success.* Monitor academic progress, graduation requirements, and program compliance.* Support enrollment growth through recruitment and marketing initiatives.* Represent the MBA program on university committees and participate in graduate leadership meetings.* Teach courses (12 credits) as assigned, aligned with professional and/or academic background.**Qualifications*** Master’s degree in Business or a related field required.* Experience in business, higher education, or both.* Strong communication, organizational, and student-service skills.**Salary Range:** The salary ranges below represent budgeted hiring averages and are provided for transparency.
