You as a Project Coordinator:

  • Work collaboratively with project teams to organize and coordinate construction projects from start to completion according to schedule, specifications, and project budget.
  • Compile, prepare, and maintain project documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Support project management team in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Receive and track project estimates, RFI's, submittals, shop drawings, and changes.
  • Attend project team meetings, prepare meeting agendas, record and distribute meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure availability of materials and equipment.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to project specifications and schedules.
  • Ensure all project close out documentation including warranties and operating maintenance manuals are obtained and complete.
  • Prepare and distribute project reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and project stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and communicate with project team.
