The Digital Merchandising Coordinator is a critical team member responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of product strategies that align with the company’s business and financial goals. This role requires conducting detailed business analyses to provide actionable insights, reviewing product performance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including vendors to execute digital merchandising plans effectively. Additionally, the coordinator monitors and evaluates the success of strategies to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and skilled in leveraging data to optimize processes and achieve results while maintaining strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Your role

  • Support the Merchandising teams and execute tasks to deliver on strategic objectives

  • Help manage relationships and facilitate vendor interactions

  • Analyze business trends and identify areas of opportunities

  • Support data analysis to drive business through regular reporting and research identifying areas of opportunities in line with product and category strategies

  • Assume responsibility for a specified portion of product assortments and groups

  • Build and maintain strong understanding of the industry

  • Partner for specific category tactics and execution

  • Help to make product decisions for assigned category groups if needed

The qualifications we are looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA, BCom) or similar

  • Proven working experience (at least 2 years) in Online Merchandising or having been exposed to in a similar role including Merchandising, Category Management, Digital Marketing or CX functions (preferably in a Retail or eCommerce environment)

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

  • Highly analytical including knowledge of analytical tools for performance measurement, interpretation of findings, determination of improvements and making recommendations to attain sales objectives and improve conversion

  • Experience with Web analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics) (preferred)

  • Ability to multitask effectively

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Driven, self-starter attitude with the ability to perform in a fast paced, changing environment
