Job description

CATCH PE - Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator will provide hands-on oversight of the day-to-day operations of the CATCH PE Program at the designated sites. This individual will ensure adequate access to program services, promotion of events/activities, and coordination with the evaluation component of research programs.

MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS:

BA or BS degree preferred

One year of related experience preferred

Superior written and verbal communication skills

Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including email.

Ability to work independently toward goals and timeline

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute program scope, goals, and deliverables with assistance of program leadership

Implement and monitor timelines

Manage all school locations and inform the program staff of the progress and status of the program.

Develop, implement, manage, and monitor the out-of-school programs including afterschool and summer camps in collaboration with DHA, community agencies, partners and school districts to empower and motivate students through personal development to increase extracurricular and academic achievement through community programs.

Represent the DHA in community activities and develop a positive working relationship with DHA partners

Prepares program data for reviews of programs by program staff

Use reporting systems to capture program data

Identify additional collaborative opportunities with DHA partner
