We have an opening for an Program Assistant position on our Delaware County Blended Case Management Team.  The Program Assistant provides and coordinates all office functions and operations in accordance with established administrative practices.  This position receives direct supervision from the Program Manager.

 This position is responsible for providing general clerical support and assistance including typing ,filing, recordkeeping, phone coverage, reception, coordinating schedules and appointments, inter and intra- agency communications and other related office procedures.

Compiling data and reports reflecting service delivery activities and related expenditures for management staff review.
Assisting in the planning and delivery of program activities and services, including transporting and accompanying participants on community activities.
Collecting agency, staff and client information and disseminate such information through established procedures, on behalf of the program.
Distributing important/confidential mailing sand document distribution to and from the program. Will serve as a courier for the programs, as needed.
Coordinating centralized office functions in conjunction with Manager and County Director, as needed.

Basic computer skills, competency in Microsoft Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint programs, ability to use Internet.
Minimum word processing speed of 40wpm, strong written and oral communications skills and must be detail oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent and at least 2 years of prior secretarial experience or any combination of experience, education or training that would provide the level of knowledge, skill and ability required.
Must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Scope:
Requires sitting for long periods of time.
Light lifting and/or carrying, not to exceed 25 lbs.
Manual dexterity.
