Community Program Manager
Located in Montgomery and Bucks Counties, PA
Monday through Friday, standard business hours (with On Call rotation)
KenCrest is seeking Community Program Manager to oversee our Community Support Workers in our Supported Independent Living program.
Our Community Support Workers act as advocates, companions, and facilitators while they assist program participants with intellectual disabilities and diverse behavioral and mental health needs with support in their home and community.
As a Community Program Manager, you will oversee a Team of Community Support Workers and provide regular assistance and oversight to day-to-day operations for the support of the people we serve, including but not limited to managing scheduling, assisting with consumer assessments and caseload management, maintaining state regulatory compliance standards, and other support duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, Mental or Behavioral Health needs
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a supervisory role
  • Valid Driver's License
