Average hourly rate is $20 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
 

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field who are passionate about supporting children and families. Previous experience in adoption services, adoption preservation, or related family support work is preferred. However, if you are eager to learn and committed to making a difference, we will provide the training and support necessary for success.


A Day in The Life as an Adoption Stabilization & Preservation Specialist
As an Adoption Stabilization & Preservation Specialist, you will work with children and families to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments. You will teach skills such as emotion regulation, having healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families among other things. Specialists will work together with families to create a safe, stable, flexible and comfortable environment for all the family members.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, eager to learn, who wants to help families build on their strengths for healthy long-lasting relationships and help connect them with community resources to improve their lives. We want someone who has a desire to help children and families grow, learn, and build healthy relationships and responses to each other with a strong desire to advocate for children and their families.
