Pre-Planning Sales Consultant (Family Services) – Green Bay, WI

We’re seeking a Pre-Planning Sales Consultant to join the team at Fort Howard Memorial Park in Green Bay, WI. In this role, you’ll guide families through pre-need and at-need arrangements, helping them make informed, meaningful decisions about their final plans.

No industry experience is required — comprehensive training and state licensing support are provided. This is a stable, full-time opportunity to build a rewarding, high-earning career while making a lasting difference in your community.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect daily through calls, community events, seminars, and referrals to build a steady pre-need pipeline
  • Consult with families to present planning options and close arrangements that reflect their wishes and budgets
  • Manage all client data, activity notes, and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Deliver completed documents and maintain accurate sales and referral records
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while providing compassionate, professional service
  • Promote advance planning within local organizations, associations, and faith communities

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance (required)
  • Ability to obtain a Wisconsin Cemetery Sales License (training and support provided)
  • Strong communication, empathy, and follow-through skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with community outreach and relationship-based sales
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, with some weekends as needed; mix of office and community appointments within ~25-minute drive of Green Bay

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $32,500 + uncapped commission
  • Average total earnings 1st Year $75k - $100k
