Job description

Join a High-Impact Field Team

We are hiring Community Outreach Canvassers to engage directly with residents, build relationships, and support high-impact community initiatives.

This is a fast-paced, people-facing role ideal for individuals who are outgoing, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct On-Site Voter Registration at high traffic locations

  • Engaging and Educating residents on programs and initiatives

  • Distribute literature, materials, or resources relevant to outreach efforts

  • Collecting data and feedback, report using provided tools and systems

  • Representing the organization professionally

  • Meeting daily and weekly outreach targets

  • Attending trainings and team briefings

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods

  • Comfortable speaking with people from diverse background

  • Self-motivated and goal-driven

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must pass a criminal background check

  • Experience in sales, canvassing, or outreach preferred (not required)

  • Bilingual English - Spanish preferred (not required)

Driving Requirements (If/when Applicable)
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Current proof of auto insurance

  • Reliable personal vehicle

  • Ability to travel between outreach areas

Physical Requirements
  • Walk 3–6+ hours daily

  • Work outdoors in varying weather

  • Carry materials (up to 15 lbs)
