• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored treatment strategies accordingly.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and couples, effectively utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborate with a team of health care professionals to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach that meets the multidimensional needs of clients.
• Provide crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, demonstrating compassion and professional expertise to stabilize their situation.
• Engage in community outreach activities aimed at promoting mental health education and accessibility, and to empower clients in understanding their mental health conditions.

The primary focus of your work will be with a diverse array of clients from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. This role empowers you to address a wide spectrum of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. By understanding the unique challenges faced by your clients, you will play a vital role in creating culturally competent treatment plans that resonate with their lived experiences.

• A valid and active license in Georgia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for establishing inclusive and trusting relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated cultural competence in working with a variety of populations, recognizing the importance of diverse perspectives.
• Strong organizational abilities and adeptness in maintaining accurate records and documentation.

• A minimum of two years of postgraduate experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy to individuals or groups.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or participation in public health initiatives related to mental health.

The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and professional credentials.
