Your Opportunity: Community Manager

We’re growing fast and have an immediate opening for a dedicated, goal-driven Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our residential communities. This leadership role offers the chance to build a high-performing team, maximize financial performance, and help create a thriving environment for residents and staff.


What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of the community’s operations, including leasing, maintenance, resident satisfaction, and compliance.
  • Build amp; Lead a Team: Hire, train, and mentor on-site staff to foster collaboration, accountability, and a culture of excellence.
  • Budgeting amp; Financial Performance: Develop and execute the property’s financial plan, operating budget, and rent strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Maximize Occupancy: Set competitive market rent levels, optimize renewal strategies, and oversee marketing initiatives to maintain high occupancy and resident retention.
  • Asset Management: Collaborate on property performance decisions and capital improvement projects to protect and enhance the asset.
  • Risk amp; Compliance: Ensure compliance with housing regulations, company policies, and local/state/federal laws.

What You’ll Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in on-site property management, preferably in multifamily housing
  • High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
  • Proficiency in property management software (preferably Onesite), Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Strategic mindset with problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Marketing experience to help drive leasing and retention efforts
  • Bilingual in Spanish amp; English desired (or required, depending on community needs)
  • A passion for continuous learning and professional development
