We’re searching for an Office Manager to lead our Bright Now! Dental team in Antioch, CA! In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the practice—overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting treatment planning, guiding a talented team, and ensuring every patient has an exceptional experience. If you’re an organized, people-first leader ready to make an impact, we’d love to meet you.


Schedule (days/hours)
Mon-Fri (1 sat/month) 7am-6pm (8 hour shifts)
Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day front and back office operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional patient experiences
  • Provide strong leadership to the front office team, including treatment coordination support and coaching for case acceptance
  • Guide and support team members in meeting daily and monthly practice goals
  • Ensure accurate scheduling, collections, receivables, and cost management
  • Oversee treatment planning workflows and partner with clinical team on financial presentations
  • Lead staff training on patient experience, compliance, and office protocols
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture that supports high-quality care
  • Maintain office organization, performance metrics, and alignment with Smile Brands policies

Qualifications
  • Dental office leadership experience OR senior dental front office experience
  • Strong understanding of treatment planning, insurance benefits, and case acceptance processes
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and patient communication
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Compensation
$70,304 - $80,000 per year
