Summary:
Greenlight Networks is on a mission to connect communities to the fastest and most reliable fiber internet available. We're looking for energetic, articulate, and strategic Community Outreach Coordinators who can bring our brand to life at the grassroots level-building strong local connections and promoting our services with passion and purpose. As the face of Greenlight Networks in your region, you will serve as a key liaison between our brand and the communities we serve. This role requires someone who thrives on relationship building, enjoys engaging with local organizations and residents, and knows how to effectively communicate the benefits of high-speed fiber internet.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with community organizations, municipal leaders, and local stakeholders to promote Greenlight Networks.
  • Plan, coordinate, and host community events that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition-including neighborhood open houses, educational webinars, pop-up events, and sponsorship activations.
  • Represent Greenlight Networks at local events, town halls, homeowner association meetings, and networking functions to generate interest and support for our services.
  • Develop and execute region-specific social media strategies to increase engagement, drive sign-ups, and highlight our community involvement.
  • Serve as a confident public speaker and brand advocate at both in-person and virtual events.
  • Identify local marketing opportunities, including grassroots campaigns, partnerships, and sponsorships that align with our goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.
  • Monitor community feedback and engagement, reporting insights that can enhance our outreach strategies.
  • Execute tactical marketing efforts such as door-to-door engagement, distribution of promotional materials, and localized email or digital campaigns.
  • Own and execute social media programs per community.
  • Work with internal teams to develop, implement and execute go-to-to-market social media campaigns to increase customer base.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, etc.). Knowledge and experience of emerging social media platforms.
  • Willingness to work flexible, non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Must be comfortable working independently in the field while staying aligned with internal team goals.
  • Valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to lift and transport event materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

Salary:
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this position is $68,640 - $79,000. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
