Responsibilities for Community Manager include but are not limited to:

· Manage and respond to consumer engagement across social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).

· Provide customer care support by handling inquiries, complaints, reviews, and Q&A while maintaining brand voice and quality standards.

· Support and manage seeding/gifting programs, including talent sourcing, influencer outreach, shipment coordination, and tracking results.

· Monitor social conversations, identify customer issues, and communicate insights and trends back to internal Brand and Care teams.

· Create custom responses, solve consumer concerns, maintain response-time KPIs, and help improve customer satisfaction and engagement.

Candidates for Community Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Bachelor's Degree required.

· 1-2 years of social media engagement/community management experience.

· Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter).

· Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft professional and personalized responses.
