Are you passionate about creating meaningful connections and fostering a vibrant, empowering community culture? Valle Verde is seeking an exceptional Community Life Director to lead and inspire our residents in achieving their Best Life. This pivotal role goes beyond traditional activities coordination—it's about shaping a culture of growth, well-being, and empowerment for older adults of all abilities.

The Director of Community Life oversees the development and implementation of programming that engages residents to create experiences that inspire their best lives.

** Full Time    ** Monday - Friday   ** $85,000 to $99,000/year (DOE)

  • A passionate advocate for older adults, with a commitment to promoting a life of dignity, purpose, and continued learning.
  • A servant leader who coaches a team to achieve these goals within every area of the community – independent living, assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, recreation therapy, aging, business, or related field, preferred.
  • Three to Five years of prior related experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
