To thrive as a Community Intern, you need strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and an interest in community engagement, often supported by coursework or experience in communications, marketing, or related fields. Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and tools like Slack or Discord is commonly required. These skills ensure effective community support, foster engagement, and contribute to a positive and active environment.
