SUMMARY:
The Home Health Aide, Hospice (a) assists terminally ill patients with their personal care requirements, maximizing their activities of daily living; and (b) assists terminally ill patients in achieving the highest level of comfort and quality of life in their homes, consistent with their health status.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education, Experience and Credentials
โ€ข High school graduate or equivalent.
โ€ข Home Health Aide certification and/or competency testing required.
โ€ข Six months experience as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant preferred.
โ€ข Possess a valid driver's license with good driving record, and proof of valid insurance. Must have reliable transportation.
โ€ข CPR Certification required.

Compensation: An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. Shift and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
