As part of our team, you will operate in a primarily remote setting, which provides flexibility and comfort as you engage with clients. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate client needs, developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Deliver therapy services, using a diverse range of modalities tailored to each client, whether in individual, group, or family therapy sessions.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, case managers, and community resources to guarantee integrated and holistic client care.
• Provide critical crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, demonstrating both empathy and professionalism.
• Engage in community outreach and educational programs designed to raise mental health awareness and combat stigma in the community.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A completed master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related fields.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to establish meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Strong cultural competence and the ability to connect with clients from varied socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational skills to ensure thorough documentation and timely responses to client needs.

• At least two years of professional experience in a relevant clinical setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of current mental health treatment modalities and best practices.
• Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in outpatient settings.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and educational background. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
