Job description

We made history and now we work to transform the future – for our customers, our communities and our families. You'll see your work on the road every day, helping people move freely and pursue their dreams. At Ford, you can build more than vehicles. Come build what matters.

Enterprise Technology plays a critical part in shaping the future of mobility. If you’re looking for the chance to leverage advanced technology to redefine the transportation landscape, enhance the customer experience and improve people’s lives, this is the opportunity for you. Join us and challenge your IT expertise and analytical skills to help create vehicles that are as smart as you are.

In this position...

The Manufacturing IT Integration Manager will accelerate synergies and drive plans to address gaps to drive accelerated outcomes within Manufacturing IT portfolio. This role is responsible for tracking/reporting actionable roadmaps required to meet the ITManufacturing vision/mission objectives.

The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of strategic foresight, robust program management, and deep automotive domain expertise. You must excel at mapping complex dependencies, tracking issues across multi-layered systems, and leveraging AI and automation tools to drive operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with plant operations, engineering, internal and external stakeholders to help track progress across the Manufacturing strategic action plan.

For this role, we have a preference for candidates based in the Dearborn, MI area or the Eastern United States who can accommodate a 7:00 AM EDT start time twice a week (or as needed) to align with our team schedules. Additionally, this position may require occasional domestic travel of up to 10%.
