Since 1982, we have led the way in providing superior customer care for our clients in planned-unit developments, condos, mixed-use, commercial, new project developments, large scale onsite communities and master-planned community associations.


We are currently in search of an HOA Community Association Manager for our regional office in Aurora, Colorado. The responsibilities and qualifications are listed below.


Summary: Manages a portfolio of homeowner community associations. Provides excellent customer service while interacting with internal and external customers including homeowners, board members, committee members, and vendors. Must maintain client satisfaction and account retention.

Requirements:

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages all operations for a portfolio of homeowner community associations.
  • Partners with the association Board of Directors and internal departments to adhere to the introduction and integration of new programs, services, and initiatives.
  • Works extensively with the Board of Directors, vendors, contractors, and homeowners within the various communities.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and account retention.
  • Prepares association newsletter and/or other communication with owners and residents as required.
  • Provides leadership and consulting with our clients on best practices with regard to the management and oversight of their community.
  • Manages and runs monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and annual Board Meetings.
  • Works extensively with the Board of Directors, vendors, contractors, and homeowners within the various communities.
  • Meets with Associations 1-2 times a week.
  • Manages and assists in special projects.
  • Creates budgets and manages financials.
  • Participates in the emergency after-hours phone program.
  • Complies with company policies and procedures.
  • Practices and adheres to Keystoneโ€™s Core Values, Mission, and Vision.
  • Any additional job duties as required by the supervisor.


Qualification Requirements:

  • Must have a valid Driverโ€™s License and maintain a clean DMV record.
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to and from communities.
  • Strong Knowledge of industry trends.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Exhibits professionalism and calm demeanor.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and effective organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Verifiable references.
  • Able to pass a background check.


Education and/or Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience working in an HOA management role.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
  • CAI or CACM Certification(s) are a plus.
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
