We Are seeking candidates who have availability for different shifts of 12a-8a, 8a-4p, and 4p-12a. Monday-Friday or Weekend shifts available. We are seeking candidates working with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities1. Personal Care Support

  • Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Help with toileting and hygiene
  • Support mobility (transfers, walking, wheelchair use)
2. Health & Safety Monitoring

  • Administer or remind clients to take medications (depending on certification)
  • Monitor for changes in physical or mental health
  • Follow care plans and report concerns
3. Daily Living Assistance

  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
  • Help with household tasks (cleaning, laundry, organizing)
  • Manage basic errands like grocery shopping
4. Community Integration

  • Accompany clients to appointments, work, or social outings
  • Encourage participation in community activities
  • Support skill-building for independence
5. Emotional & Behavioral Support

  • Build trusting relationships
  • Provide companionship and encouragement
  • Implement behavior support plans when necessary
6. Documentation

  • Record daily activities, progress, and incidents
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Education & Requirements
