We Are seeking candidates who have availability for different shifts of 12a-8a, 8a-4p, and 4p-12a. Monday-Friday or Weekend shifts available. We are seeking candidates working with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities1. Personal Care Support
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Help with toileting and hygiene
- Support mobility (transfers, walking, wheelchair use)
2. Health & Safety Monitoring
- Administer or remind clients to take medications (depending on certification)
- Monitor for changes in physical or mental health
- Follow care plans and report concerns
3. Daily Living Assistance
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Help with household tasks (cleaning, laundry, organizing)
- Manage basic errands like grocery shopping
4. Community Integration
- Accompany clients to appointments, work, or social outings
- Encourage participation in community activities
- Support skill-building for independence
5. Emotional & Behavioral Support
- Build trusting relationships
- Provide companionship and encouragement
- Implement behavior support plans when necessary
6. Documentation
- Record daily activities, progress, and incidents
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Education & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (minimum)
- CPR/First Aid certification (required but will train)
- Background check and drug screening
