Position Summary

The Table Games Pit Manager assists with the overall operations and administration of the Table Games Department by managing daily pit activities and ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient casino operations. This role is responsible for protecting the integrity of all table games, maintaining exceptional guest service standards, and fostering a safe, engaging, and productive work environment. The position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork, compliance, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming Lincoln, LLC

  • Manage and direct daily pit operations to ensure compliance with house rules and gaming regulations

  • Protect the integrity of all table games and safeguard casino assets

  • Ensure dealers and guests follow established game rules, betting limits, and procedures

  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all table games, gaming strategies, and departmental policies

  • Assist department leadership with scheduling, performance standards, and operational planning

  • Monitor pit activity for unusual or questionable behavior and take corrective action in accordance with policy

  • Complete required incident reports and documentation accurately and timely

  • Deliver proactive, professional guest service and assist with guest inquiries regarding promotions and events

  • Maintain staffing coverage to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction

  • Perform all duties and maintain qualifications for positions overseen by the Floor Supervisor

  • Coach, train, and counsel team members to meet departmental performance expectations

  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and operational matters

  • Prepare written reports and present recommendations to management as required

  • Exercise sound judgment and make decisions consistent with company standards and policies

  • Perform other duties as assigned by departmental management

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Casino table games experience

  • Equivalent combination of customer service and communication experience

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

  • Strong leadership, judgment, and decision-making skills

Preferred:

  • Prior management or supervisory experience in a gaming environment

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Exposure to loud noise, secondhand smoke, and extended work hours

  • Regular mobility throughout the casino floor and pit areas

  • Prolonged standing and walking

  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds

  • Requires sustained concentration, analytical thinking, and decision-making under time pressure

  • Frequent verbal and written communication

Schedule - Swing Shift

Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as required by operations
