We're looking for an experienced Community Manager to oversee operations at The Cumberland in Marietta, GA, driving results through hands-on leadership, collections strength, and a focus on resident relations.
What You'll Do:
  • Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring both resident satisfaction and financial success.
  • Manage leasing, renewals, and collections with a focus on reducing delinquency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop your onsite team to deliver excellent service.
  • Partner with leadership on value-add initiatives including renovations, marketing, and resident retention programs.
  • Ensure compliance with budgets, company policies, and property performance goals.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with value-add assets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • A positive, team-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with property management software (Yardi).
  • Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
