POSITION PURPOSE:
The AVP, Banking Center Manager is responsible for leading the branch team to deliver excellent customer service, grow deposit and loan relationships, and drive sales through both in-branch activity and outside sales calls. This role balances operational and compliance responsibilities with proactive sales and relationship-building efforts in the community.
